Within the framework of COP29, Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with the Minister of Economy of the United Arab Emirates, Abdulla Bin Toug Al Marri.

It was reported that relations between Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates, based on the principles of mutual friendship and respect, are at a high level and successful cooperation in the economic field was highlighted. The parties shared their views on promoting investments in the transition to the green economy, expanding partnership, trade and business relations within the framework of renewable energy projects, strengthening joint activities on digital solutions and cooperation possibilities aimed at the economic diversification objectives of our countries.
The meeting discussed the directions of development of the economic and trade partnership between the two countries.
