Militants from Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly known as Jabhat al-Nusra) have reached the city center of Aleppo.

It is reported that in the last two days, 56 settlements in Aleppo and Idlib came under the control of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham. As a result of the attack, many Syrian army soldiers are reported to have been killed.
