Sergei K., chief engineer of the Raduga design bureau (part of the state corporation Tactical Missile Weapons) in Dubna, was sentenced to three years in prison for anti-war inscriptions on key tags, the Baza telegram channel reported.
“According to researchers, by the end of January 2024 Sergei K. put inscriptions on the labels of the keys to the company’s mobile phone storage boxes. When the inscriptions were discovered, the plant’s security chief blocked the doors and carried out a complete evacuation of the plant’s employees. As a result, the design bureau stopped working for 50 minutes, which led to damage worth 237 thousand rubles. Sergei was subsequently identified. A criminal case was opened against him under the article “actions to discredit the army by interfering in the operation of the facility.” – TK pointed out.
The engineer admitted his guilt and paid compensation. On September 9, the court decided to send the man to a colony for three years.
As previously reported, according to Baza, inscriptions began to appear on the labels of the keys of the Raduga mechanical engineering design bureau in late January. After some time, the identity of the “saboteur” was established, who turned out to be the chief engineer of the design bureau, 47-year-old Sergei K. According to investigators, at the end of January the engineer signed several labels for the keys used to lock mobile phones. Sergei left inscriptions there discrediting the actions of the Russian military in the DPR and LPR.
According to Baza, Sergei considered this to be a recurrence of such violations. On May 13, a criminal case was opened against the man under the article on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
