Minister’s son’s right to drive may be restricted – REASON

Tale Heydarov, son of Emergency Situations Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov, assumed administrative responsibility.

According to “Gaynarinfo”, Tale Heydarov was charged under article 529.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

The case was referred to the Nasimi District Court for consideration and handed over to Judge Solmaz Mustafayeva.

Article 529.3 for the commission of administrative infractions against traffic rules, or for the administrative infractions provided for in articles 353.1, 353.2, 353.4 or 353.5 of the Code of Administrative Infractions, within 3 months following the date of entry into force of the decision to impose an administrative penalty in the form of an administrative fine for non-compliance without established cause.

For information, let’s say that article 353 of the Code of Administrative Offenses provides for violation of the requirements for permissible dimensions, weight and axle mass parameters of large or heavy vehicles.

Most likely, an administrative offense was committed with Tale Heydarov’s vehicle under one of the points mentioned above and the fine imposed for this reason has not been paid. Since Tale Heydarov is the owner of the car, the responsibility falls on him.

If the allegation is proven, the minister may restrict your child’s right to drive a vehicle for a period of six months to a year.

Tale Heydarov is the founder of the Europe-Azerbaijan Society. He is also known as the author of several projects in the fields of media, science, education and art.

Tale Heydarov’s father, Kamaladdin Heydarov, worked as chairman of the State Customs Committee in 1995-2006. He has been Minister of Emergency Situations since 2006.
