Moldova authorities prevented the crossing road to the Ukrainians who were deported from Russia, who returned home through Tbilisi and Chisenao.
The ban entered the power of Moldova from July 1. Earlier, these people used the way through Tbilisi and Chisenao, as they returned to their homeland by bus. However, they are now forced to sit on the border with Georgia for weeks.
Human rights activists note that Moldova has remained the only transfer country, because returning across other countries (for example, Bulgaria) requires more time and documents.
With the latter, they are just problems. The fact is that most of the deportation does not have passports – only certificates of exemption from Russian reform institutions and temporary personal certificates.
Experts believe that the decision requires political permission, not legal. Moreover, the reasons for the decision of the Moldovan authorities are not very clear. The only way is that Kyiv and Chisinau should agree between them.
