Ilgar Huseynli, a transportation expert, stated in this regard that educational work must be carried out with young people and citizens must be informed. He added that the movement of bicycles and mopeds must be controlled by the State with regulatory mechanisms.
Elvin Hajiyev, inspector of the Chief Department of the State Traffic Police, noted that these vehicles are fined 49 manats if they violate the rules.
