Next week, more than 1,600 exhibiting companies await the visit of nearly 60,000 professional buyers (15% of whom are foreigners from 70 countries) who will come to Valencia to learn about the new products presented during the events. These are five industrial fairs, all undisputed leaders in their sector, which, with their simultaneous celebration, constitute the the largest Spanish industry fairas well as this year’s largest fair in our country, which will take place from Monday September 30 to Thursday October 3.
The start of the largest professional and industrial fair in Spain will take place on Monday, when Feria Habitat Valencia, Textilhogar Home Textiles Premium and Espacio Cocina SICI will open their doors to present the latest developments in their sectors. These three shows will show the latest news in furniturerest, high decoration, lighting, household linen, carpets, decorative accessories, furnishing fabrics, curtains, trimmings, textile editors, kitchen furniture, household appliances, worktops, taps, among others.
A day later, Tuesday, Iberflora and Eurobrico They will participate in the largest Spanish industry fair with its corresponding offer of plants and the world of “do it yourself”. Iberflora is the largest professional event for the green sector in Europe. The most relevant commercial and training offer in the sector of plants and flowers, landscaping, gardening and technology associated with the sector.
Finally, Eurobrico is the benchmark event for professionals in the sector, providing a space to discover the latest innovations in products, services and technological solutions for DIY and hardware.
The confluence of all this industrial offer will cause the arrival in the city of Valencia of 60,000 professional visitorsincluding 15% foreigners from 70 countries. It is worth highlighting the support provided by the Generalitat Valenciana through IVACE + i Internacional, ICEX and the Chamber of Commerce for the various buyer campaigns carried out. Likewise, the support of different sectoral associations such as ANIEME, Ateval Home Textiles From Spain, AMC, Asfplant or ARVET has been key to the success of the project.
More than 3,000 workers
On the other hand, nearly 3,000 workers have dedicated themselves since the end of August to setting up an event which will occupy more than 150,000 square meters at the Feria Valencia, consolidating itself as the largest organized this year in our country. In fact, all the pavilions available at the exhibition center will be occupied by the simultaneous celebration of these five events.
The impact, for its part, is enormous. Based on historical data managed by Feria Valencia, an event of this volume will generate in the four days that it takes place the consumption by visitors and exhibitors of approximately 50,000 covers in restaurants, as many taxi rides and not less than 60,000 nights. Hotel occupancy rates, according to industry data, will exceed 90% that week.
