THE rappers Ayax and Prok have been reported by over 60 girls via social media account (@denunciasgranada), in which similar testimonies are presented: after drug use, sexual assault, rape or abuse. The same account refers to previous attempts to highlight the practices of the two Albaicín rappers, but it is acknowledged that they were “discredited and silenced” due to “fear, dynamics of power and dissimulation.
This account, @denunciasgranada, It was created by a group of women following the publications of Cristina Fallarásin which Íñigo Errejón was accused of gender-based violence. In the profile there have been different testimonies from girls, several of them claiming to be minors.
In the complaint on social networks, the creation of the @denunciasgranada account is explained: “We are a group of women who came together with a clear goal: trying to give voice to the victims of two famous rappers (twins, from Granada)”, it is described.
Among the testimonies are the following stories on social networks:
- “Suddenly, P entered the living room (without my friend). I pretended to be asleep because I didn’t want him to talk to me because I saw how slimy and heavy he was. That’s when I felt him lay down next to me and start masturbating.. He took my right hand, placed it on his chest and started lowering it trying to get me to masturbate him, to which I (pretending to be asleep) pushed his hand away. Again, he took my hand and tried the same thing, then I pretended to have my back to him, pretending to be sound asleep. “I heard how he finished cumming and fell asleep,” says one of the alleged victims.
- “He locked me in the room, alone. He undressed me. He told me we were all sluts and we only knew how to fuck. He raped me. He did with me what he wanted. Then he took me to the salon and tied me to a tattoo artist’s table, and there he continued.. “He told me that it belonged to his ex who was a tattoo artist and that he wanted to get revenge on her by doing it there,” says another of the alleged victims.
In the declarations to The worldone of Prok’s ex-girlfriends, real name Adrián Pedrosa, explained that “he pinched me, pulled my hair, pushed me or threw something at me to hurt me and then told me that I had imagined it or that I had insulted him. him before. In other words, he made me believe that I had triggered something that caused him to hit me.
He also explained that after ending the relationship, “one day he showed up at the house at four in the morning and forced himself on me. “He told me that after so long without seeing him, I must have wanted him and he ended up forcing me,” he said.
Who are Ajax and Prok?
Ajax and Prok were born in Granada in 1991. These are two rappers with progressive lyrics, social criticism and attacks against institutions or the police. In 2016, they released a controversial music video for their song Polizzia, which was considered to incite hatred by presenting a violent and totalitarian image of the police.
SO, The rappers presented their defense by indicating that they intended to create a social critique of these specific officers who go beyond their duties.. Among the rap verses, the following stand out: “What are logs for, / if it’s not to make a fire / If I just want to smoke my cinnamon in peace? / And he fines me, / but he smokes the candy. The work has been removed.
The rappers responded with an official statement in which they acknowledged that “We are very good people”. In their response, they assured that they were “defaming themselves without any limit, with very great absurdities”. The brothers wrote this response to the accusations. But later they deleted their statement: “People who have known us for over 10 years know what kind of people we are. “We are good people and committed to all social causes, without exception.”.
In this sense, they emphasized that these accusations have been occurring since 2015 while “an attack not only against us, but also against our work, our projects, our dreams”. The rappers criticized the fact that “a person can be defamed in absolute anonymity, without proof and without filing a complaint.”
