More than 70 people have already been helped and more than 30 requests have been submitted to access government aid in the municipalities affected by DANA in Castile-La Mancha. The different sub-delegation teams travel there to facilitate the processing of this aid.
The government delegate in Castile-La Mancha, Milagros Tolón, indicated in a statement that the Central Executive “will act with the greatest speed and efficiency to ensure that aid to people and municipalities affected by DANA reaches its destination in as soon as possible.” and in the best conditions.
Likewise, he stressed that the General Administration of the State “redoubles its efforts to accelerate the processing of aid approved by the Government.” These teams, made up of staff from government sub-delegations, will soon be joined by six temporary civil servants (two in Cuenca, two in Albacete and two in Guadalajara), hired “ex professo” to strengthen the management of requests.
In Castile-La Mancha There are around 70 municipalities which will be able to benefit from the aid to relieve bodily injuries; material damage to housing and property; local companies; industrial, commercial and service establishments and natural or legal persons having provided personal and real estate services.
