Moscow supports the practice of warning Washington about test launches of ballistic missiles and expects reciprocity from Washington. This was stated to RT by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergei Ryabkov.
“Us [власти России] did not deviate from previously proclaimed commitments. We also comply with previous agreements concluded in 1989 on early warning of ballistic missile launches. And according to these agreements, shortly before launching the Oreshnik rocket, we notified the United States about this. “We support this practice and hope that the United States will do the same.” – he noted, quoted by TASS.
