Moscow is in constant contact with Beijing and other like-minded countries on the situation in the Middle East. This was stated in a briefing by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova.
“We are in constant contact with Chinese partners as well as like-minded people in the region. “We continue to make a persistent and consistent call to all parties involved for restraint and to the international community to consolidate effective efforts, including at the UN, for an early end to the bloodshed, primarily in the Gaza Strip.” —said the diplomat quoted by TASS.
