He said his son was burned on April 20 due to carelessness.
“Afsana is five years old. On April 20, she suffered severe burns due to carelessness. That day we took her to one of the hospitals in Baku. Afsana once underwent a skin graft operation. Now we are back home. But I don’t have the means to continue her treatment. We can’t buy medicines and other necessary products. Believe me, I can’t even buy normal food for the child. I ask people to help us.”
