Oku.Az reports that, according to complaints spread on social networks, this situation represents a real danger for cyclists and scooter users.

Division Head of the Baku City Police Department Togrul Nasirli Oku.AzHe said in his statement that sometimes citizens confuse the concepts of motorcycle and moped:
“The circulation of mopeds, except for scooters and bicycles, is not prohibited on bike lanes. If these are motorcycles with state registration, their circulation on the bike lane, like other vehicles, in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses, This causes 2 penalty points and a fine of 100 manats”, – said T.
