Orkhan Rzali, a senior lieutenant of military unit No. N of the State Border Service, was arrested.
According to information obtained by Bakupost.az, his arrest is related to the death of soldier Habib Ilham oglu Orujov, who served in that military unit.
The court ordered a four-month prison sentence for Senior Lieutenant Orkhan Rzali. As part of the investigation, the Military Prosecutor’s Office also discovered other criminal acts by Orkhan Rzali. Currently, research on this topic is ongoing.
It should be noted that Habib Orujov died as a result of a gunshot on November 9.
