THE Navarrese Autism Association (ANA) launched a campaign volunteer recruitment and volunteers for their adapted swimming activity which takes place during the school year.
In small groups of seven boys and girls maximumled by the monitor of swimming and with the support of the entity’s sports coordinator, we work on coordination, social skills, self-esteem and cognitive processing. Each child is assigned a volunteer or intern who accompanies you throughout the session, motivates you in the water, offers you support and company and puts into practice the instructions and strategies received from the professionals.
THE activity takes place in the Civic located on Pio XII Street in Pamplona. There are five shifts: Mondays and Fridays from 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. and Wednesdays from 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Volunteers sign up in turns and can collaborate on several of them.
For all this, they make a call for an enriching experience as a volunteerallowing all those who wish to collaborate for a quarter throughout this course in a sports project and in contact with boys and girls who evolve every day.
