Orkhan Valiyev, a resident of Beylagan’s Kabirli village, claims his 9-year-old son is a victim of the doctor’s negligence. She requested the Fuzuli District Central Hospital to circumcise her son. However, as a result of the operation, the boy was seriously injured.
Orkhan Valiyev claims that the doctor is evading his responsibility:
“On November 14, I took my son to Dr. Ahad and he performed the circumcision operation. The next morning, the boy started bleeding. We called the doctor and he said, “Don’t worry, it will pass, it’s normal.” But my son was suffering. We saw it when we were watching at home that the doctor pierced his genital organ. I took him to Baku, four different surgeons examined him and they all said it was the doctor’s mistake. Although the doctor said he would do the same. operation with laser, no laser was actually used.”
Orkhan Valiyev said he filed a complaint about the incident with the Fuzuli district police department.
