JSC “Azeristiliktehizat” has started work on the reconstruction of boiler rooms that are no longer available.
Oku.Az informs that at the initial stage 4 boiler houses are being restored: No. 141 on Taghi Shahbazi Street, Yasamal District, No. 505 on T. Mammadov Street 8, Badamdar Settlement, Sabail District, No. 537 in 3 A. Valivev Street, Nizami District, 72 Kaverochkin Street 34, Narimanov District, including 1 boiler room at 3 Azerbaijan Avenue, Sabail District, it is planned to remove the basement boiler room and rebuild it according to the project.
Within the framework of the project, the complete dismantling of old boiler rooms, the removal of equipment that has reached the end of its useful life, as well as the construction of a new building for boiler rooms and the supply of equipment will be carried out. modern. will be carried out.
The newly built boiler houses will meet the most modern standards and will make it possible to increase energy efficiency, produce reliable and ecologically clean energy and provide consumers with quality heating and hot water services.
Work has already begun and it is scheduled to come into operation in the 2024-2025 heating season.
These boiler rooms will supply heat to 52 residential buildings, 2,392 apartments, 4 schools, 1 daycare center and 26 other social centers.
