The goal of the Ministry of Defense is to create opportunities for broad assessment of young people with high intellectual potential in the field of defense, as well as in all other fields. To achieve these goals, the National Defense University is implementing a special project on the selection of highly intelligent young people who have completed active military service in the Azerbaijani army and their participation in activities in structural institutions and departments of the Ministry of Defense.
