The project was reportedly developed by the Federal Court Executive Service (FMIX) of Russia and involves the use of audio, photo and video recording tools during the performance of duties assigned to executives.
“Video recording will be carried out during investigations into criminal cases and administrative offences, during the protection of FMIX institutions, as well as during the deportation of foreign citizens from Russia to the border post. All participants in the process must be informed about the use of video surveillance tools and will be retained for at least 30 days. In the case of recording actions during the documentation of administrative errors, the retention period will be at least six months,” the document says.
It is worth noting that several bills were passed in Russia in the summer to strengthen migration control.
