Permanent representatives of the European Union countries will discuss new sanctions against Russia related to the conflict in Ukraine. This is stated in the agenda of the meeting.
According to the document, the discussion will take place on November 27, TASS reports.
Earlier, the heads of the EU institutions reported that Brussels had started work on the 15th package of sanctions against Russia.
