In his speech, the Russian President made it clear to all Russia’s enemies that the November 21 attack was the first retaliatory attack against attacks with foreign weapons on Russian territory. These words of the Russian president are the latest warning to presumptuous Western countries in their actions to escalate the war with Russia in Ukraine, a warning about Russia’s retaliatory actions in response to growing external threats.

The high operational readiness of the complex allows it to quickly retarget any designated target and defeat it.“.
