Oku.Az informs that the Azerbaijan COP29 Operating Company and the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport continue their activities to ensure the smooth movement of tens of thousands of participants who will participate in the COP29 to be held in Baku from November 11 to 22 of this year between the venues of the event. Within this framework, event participants will be able to comfortably use mobile applications from companies such as “Bolt” and “Yango”, as well as buses that will run on a special route. To this end, the “COP29” category has been included in the ordering menus of the mobile applications of the aforementioned taxi companies. This feature not only simplifies the booking process but also directs customers to the nearest taxi rank. Taking into account the safety of the process, the taxi companies concerned have assigned special vehicles to this category and distinguished them with corresponding labels.
In addition, the company “Baku Taxi”, an official partner of COP29, also offers its services to conference participants. The taxis of this company will serve the respective areas of the “Terminal-1” of the Heydar Aliyev International Airport and the Baku Stadium. It should be noted that “Baku Taxi” services will be free of charge for wheelchair users who have been accredited to participate in the conference or who have received a letter confirming participation.
