Athletic Bilbao and Spain striker Nico Williams has responded rudely to a fan’s request to see him at Real Madrid.
Oku.Az Cadena Sir reports that during the team’s open practice, a fan shouted at Williams:
“Nico, at Real Madrid next year.”
The Athletic Bilbao winger later said: “You’re a scoundrel, go to hell” in response to the fans’ call.
During the summer transfer window, there were reports that Barcelona were interested in the 22-year-old, but due to a disagreement between the clubs, the deal fell through.
Williams has been playing for Atletico since 2021. His contract with the club runs until mid-2027.
