This Sunday, the kings of Spain, accompanied by Carlos Mazón, president of the Valencian Community, and Pedro Sánchez, president of the Government, began a visit to the Valencian municipalities most affected by the DANA. Passing through Paiporta, residents expressed their anger against a throwing of objects and various insults.
During his stay, King Felipe VI continued his journey and even approached to speak with a group of young people who asked him for an explanation for the lack of help that Paiporta received during these five days.
“But why aren’t (the military) arriving? How long does it take? No one has arrived for four days. It was known and no one did anything to stop it.. It’s a shame. We organized ourselves among the citizens,” one of the young people said to Felipe VI while the king tried to explain and appease.
