During the month of November there will be six consecutive non-working days.
Oku.Az reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision in this regard.
According to the decision, the locations of the working days of November 12 and 13 and the rest days of November 16 and 23 were changed, respectively.
Please note that November 8, Victory Day, and November 9, National Flag Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, are holidays that are not considered working days.
Since November 9 of this year falls on a Saturday, according to the Labor Code, Monday of the following week, November 11, will be a non-working day.
Thus, six consecutive days: November 8, 9, 10 (Sunday), 11, 12 and 13 will be non-working days due to change of workplace and days of rest.
In addition, November 2 and 3, 16 and 17, 23 and 24 and 30 fall on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
Let us add that by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the schedule of autumn holidays has changed in secondary schools operating in our country (with the exception of special education institutions). With this decision, there will be fall holidays from November 12 to 22, 2024 for the general education level.
The holidays in secondary schools will generally begin on November 8 and last for 17 days, until November 25.
