The DPRK has again sent balloons, apparently filled with rubbish, towards the Republic of Korea.
Oku.Az TASS reports that authorities in the South Korean capital have released information on the matter.
Seoul City Hall has warned that it is important to be careful with objects inside balloons.
It should be noted that North Korea has already become a regular occurrence in sending garbage balloons to its southern neighbor. In return, South Korea sends propaganda leaflets to the DPRK.
