Park Son-won, a member of South Korea’s parliament, said that according to the republic’s intelligence, the missile has not yet been installed at the launch site, but it is likely that it has already been moved to the correct location. The DPRK has conducted a series of ICBM tests using high-angle trajectories, allowing the missiles to hit their targets at distances much shorter than the maximum range.
