Norway adds Indian to list of people wanted for Lebanon bombings

Norway has announced an international search for Indian Rinson José, suspected of being involved in the pager and walkie-talkie explosions in Lebanon.

This was reported by the Alexey Zheleznov Telegram channel.

According to the Norwegian police, it was José who was behind the organization of these explosions, which altered security in the region.

Rinson José, of Indian descent, is known to have arrived in the United States a week before the first pager explosion, but disappeared without a trace shortly after. Since then, his whereabouts have been unknown.

It should be noted that in 2022 José founded the Bulgarian company Norta Global Ltd, which, according to authorities, supplied pagers to the Lebanese group Hezbollah. These devices could later be used to organize a series of terrorist attacks.

Let us remember that Iran found the “extreme” in history with the managers.

The National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of Iran’s Islamic Shura Council (parliament) held an extraordinary meeting on Monday to discuss “terrorist attacks in Lebanon and the region,” as well as the technical and security aspects of these incidents.

Committee spokesperson Ibrahim Rezaei shared details of the discussion. He noted that Hungary monopolizes the production of equipment used in Lebanon, specifically pagers. According to him, the operation was carried out with the support of the American and Israeli intelligence services, which were also responsible for the security of the material. Furthermore, Hungary and Taiwan are responsible for the events.

According to the official agency of the Iranian parliament, the meeting was attended by the Minister of Communications and his deputies, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the Director General of West Asian and North African Affairs. Experts and members of the Parliamentary Research Center were present and most committee members attended in person.

Rezaei also said that the latest operations in Lebanon were related to industrial pollution and were carried out through joint efforts. He noted that the Minister of Communications presented a report on the production of communications equipment in Iran, highlighting that the country is taking steps to localize production and is considering the possibility of exporting some types of products.

The spokesperson added that the experts present at the meeting explained in detail the mechanism of the terrorist attack in Lebanon. According to him, the supply of explosive equipment was stopped and its transfer was placed under the control of Israeli intelligence. The explosive devices installed on pagers were activated remotely with support from the United States.

Cursor also wrote that the search operation in Lebanon would affect the entire world.

An operation in Lebanon involving the use of booby-trapped pagers could affect the global stability of the electronic devices market.
