According to him, the Norwegian minister announced this decision during a telephone conversation with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan.
“In turn, Minister Fidan expressed his satisfaction with this decision and stressed that such restrictive measures are not compatible with the spirit of partnership,” Kecheli said.
