October 3, 2020: seventh day of the Patriotic War, which led us to the freedom of our land. The Glorious Army of Azerbaijan continues to advance with determination to liberate our ancestral lands from occupation.
Oku.Az remember that the enemy, which has been seriously defeated on the battlefield, on the seventh day of the war, as in the first days, takes the conflict beyond the front line and attacks the civilian population and civilian infrastructure . Tatar towns, Sahlabad, Gazyan, Gapanli, Gaynag, Eskipara, Husenli, Ayag Garvand, Imamgulubayli, Garadaghli, Tazakend, Aghjabedi district, Ranjbarar and Tap Garagoyunlu village of Goranboy come under heavy artillery fire by forces Armenian Armies.
As a result of the Armenian army’s shooting at settlements in the Tatar region, two more civilians were injured: residents of the village of Gapanli, Vasif Gasim oglu Guliyev, born in 1984, and Parviz Jafar oglu Guliyev, born in 1985.
As a result of the intense artillery fire of the Armenian armed forces against civilian houses in different directions of Beylagan, numerous artillery shells fell on the house where the residents of the city live, Zulfiyya Isgender gizi Ismayilova, born in 1976, and her sister , Arzu Isgender gizi Asadova, born in 1998, died under the rubble, and at the same time, city residents Etibar Tavakkül oglu Balakishiyev, born in 1982, and Sevda Yashar gizi Bashirova, born in 1969, were hospitalized. Varying degrees of injuries from shrapnel from the projectiles that fell in different parts of the city, many houses were damaged.
Despite all this, on the seventh day of the war, the Azerbaijani army writes a new history for the liberation of our lands from occupation. Thus, that day several of our territories are free from occupation. President Ilham Aliyev on its “X” page, it announces that the Azerbaijani army has liberated Madagizi from occupation and that the Azerbaijani flag has been raised in those areas. Furthermore, according to the decision of Ilham Aliyev, the historical name of Madagiz, Sugovushan, is restored. During the day, the Azerbaijani army also completely liberated the villages of Talish, Jabrayil, Mehdili, Chakhirli, Ashaghi Maralyan, Shaybey and Quyjag of the Tartar region, as well as the Ashaghi Abdurrahmanli village of Fuzuli.
According to information provided by the Ministry of Defense, during the fighting in the Madagiz-Aghdara direction, four tanks of the 77th tank battalion of the Armenian armed forces were destroyed and three tanks were looted. In addition, four vehicles of the regiment were destroyed as a result of artillery attacks in the defense zone of the 5th Dagatici regiment of the Armenian armed forces located in the direction of Aghdara.
Of course, the superiority of the Azerbaijani army on the seventh day of the war and the liberation of our territories from occupation indicated that our flag would soon fly everywhere on our lands.
On the seventh day of the Patriotic War, Suguvushan and several other territories are liberated from occupation.
