One of the commanders of the Al-Qassam Brigades (the military wing of the Palestinian Hamas movement), Said Atallah, was killed along with his family as a result of an Israeli drone attack on an apartment in the Beddaoui Palestinian refugee camp, in the surroundings. from Lebanese Tripoli, reports the Palestinian Shehab agency.
Earlier, Al Mayadeen television channel reported that at least four people were killed as a result of an attack by Israeli unmanned aerial vehicles on a refugee camp.
“The Hamas movement is mourning the commander of the Al-Qassam Brigades, Said Atallah, and three members of his family (who were killed) when their house was bombed in the Beddaoui Palestinian refugee camp in Tripoli, northern Lebanon”, – the agency said in a statement.
The movement itself has yet to issue an official statement regarding Atallah’s death.
