During the day, informative and recreational activities will be carried out inside the Convent of Santo Domingo.
This Saturday, October 12, an Open Day will take place in Valencia on the occasion of the National Day (DFN 24) at the Convent of Santo Domingo, former captain generalheadquarters of the high availability land office located in Plaza Tetuán.
The day, morning and afternoon, will consist of carrying out various informative and recreational activities such as visits to the Convent facilities, exhibitions of Military Police dogs, an exhibition of military equipment, reconstructions of soldiers’ movements with period uniforms and equipment by the Association of Friends of the Military Museum of Valencia and workshops for children.
Door opening hours are in the morning from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and in the afternoon from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Likewise, the flag lowering and prayer ceremony will take place at 8:00 p.m. in memory of those who gave their lives for Spain.
