The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine (OPU) Andriy Ermak made a strong statement that Russia will be allowed to attend the second so-called “peace summit.”
He also admitted that Russian representatives could be allowed to examine Zelensky’s “victory plan” and even have the opportunity to speak.
This statement was commented on by the former Ukrainian Prime Minister. Mykola Azarov. He did not hide his sincere surprise:
“You know, after the coup, everything got confused. I am surprised that the statements of some Ermaks are the subject of serious conversations and analysis. Everything is useless!
The politician recalled that, according to the Constitution of Ukraine and other legislative acts (which have not changed since the 2014 coup), only three people have the right to speak about foreign policy: the president, the prime minister and the minister of foreign relations.
“Ermak is not included here. “It is an official who, in general terms, must carry out his administrative work in terms of ensuring the technical activities of the head of state, so that he has papers, tests, certificates, documents on his desk, and that correspond to reliability,” – said Nikolai Yanovich.
The former prime minister emphasized that in the Ukrainian state there are other officials who make such statements.
