These days, Persian-language media, both those supporting and those opposing the Islamic Republic, are full of articles against Azerbaijan and the Turks.
The report says that these views were included in the joint statement issued by four organizations representing South Azerbaijan in protest against the propaganda carried out by official Tehran regarding the Zangezur highway.
“Political organizations of southern Azerbaijan support the legitimate position of northern Azerbaijan in such circumstances. We emphasize that Armenia has the full right to open the crossing to Nakhchivan based on the commitments made by Armenia and Azerbaijan’s historical right to Zangezur,” the statement said.
It should be noted that the statement was issued on behalf of the Azerbaijan Centre Party (AMP), the Azerbaijan National Resistance Organization (Resistance), the Azerbaijan Student Movement (AZOH) and the South Azerbaijan Democratic Party (SADP).
