Orkhan Efendiyev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC Azerbaijan Industry Insurance (ASS), has been relieved of his duties.
The report says that his replacement has not yet been appointed.
O. Efendiyev held this position since August 2019.
Let us remind that ASS was founded in 2008. The company is the legal successor of “CI Sigorta” LLC, which entered the insurance market since 1996. Its authorized capital is 11 million manats. 75% of the company’s shares are owned by “Anadolu Investment Company” LLC and 25% by OJSC “Azerbaijan Industrial Bank”.
