Óscar López rules out investigating anyone from Moncloa for emails sent to Lobato and calls for an end to Ayuso’s “dirty politics”

Oscar LopezMinister of Digital Transformation, excludes that the investigation into the revelation of secrets to the State Attorney General could have an impact on Moncloa or lead to the indictment of its advisor, Pilar Sánchez Acera. In addition, he considers that the person who must give explanations is the president of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso.

“In this country, it turns out that Ayuso’s boyfriend is committing a crime; Ayuso’s chief of staff blurts out a lie and Now they want the PSOE to give explanations; It’s curious, it’s paradoxical,” López said upon his arrival at the PSOE Federal Congress in Seville.

Everything was after Juan Lobatoformer secretary general of the PSOE in Madrid, handed over to the Supreme Court a copy of the messages he exchanged with Pilar Sánchez Acera, when López worked at Moncloa as Pedro Sánchez’s chief of staff.

For López, it is “ridiculous” to try to link this with a case of revealing secrets to people who were talking about information which, the previous evening, had been taken up by “up to four media outlets”.

“I hope all leaks will be investigated”

“Speaking of leaks, I hope that all leaks will be investigated, including those that occur daily against Begoña Gómez (wife of the chief executive) or against the president’s brother”, Lopez explains. According to him, the right is “desperate”, engaged in “really dirty” politics.

In this context, he contrasted Spain in full growth, which is progressing in terms of rights and breaking employment records, with the Spain of “HazteOír, Clean Hands, Ayuso, Feijóo, Abascal”in reference to those who promote the main legal proceedings against the socialist leaders and those in the entourage of Pedro Sánchez.

Calls to “end Ayuso’s dirty politics”

Asked how the email sent to the Prosecutor’s Office by the lawyer of Alberto González Amador, Ayuso’s boyfriend, arrived at Moncloa, he insists that it is not the PSOE that must give explanations: “Everything has a limit. “We are very old and, of course, Miguel Ángel Rodríguez will fool anyone, certainly not me.”

“I hope he gives an explanation Who should give them is Mrs. Ayuso. It seems that it is his partner who commits a crime; It seems that it was his chief of staff who divulged a lie. The PSOE is not going to give explanations for this, it will have to give them,” he concludes.

In this sense, López speaks of the need to “regenerate the political life” of the country and “put an end to this trace of corruption and dirty politics” that Ayuso and the Madrid right have converted.
