Representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora have requested a meeting with the Dutch parliament.

It was reported that in the “International Security” section of the programme reflecting the Dutch government’s plans for the mandate, the liberation of Azerbaijani territories was indicated as “the seizure of Nagorno-Karabakh”:
“Our compatriots in that country received this with great displeasure and Azerbaijani diaspora organizations made statements. The Azerbaijani community in the Netherlands stressed that such documents created vain hopes of revenge among Armenian nationalists and increased tension in the region, such actions call for conflict, not peace, and said they will continue to protest. The Dutch Union of Azerbaijani Women sent a request to the Dutch Parliament for a meeting and prepared a petition.
It was noted that information about the registration of the application and the meeting was published on the official website of the parliament.
