He Pamplona City Hall will allocate 341,763.35 euros for the procurement of tourist and cultural activities before, during and after the Sanfermines in different neighborhoods of the city.
Financed by Next Generation EU funds, the aim is to create a positive image of holidays, decentralize them and deseasonalize themas indicated by the Municipal Council after the Local Government Commission during which the award of the market, divided into two lots, was approved.
The first is intended to promote a cultural program for the San Fermín festivitiesbetween July 6 and 14, with at least five new cultural activities, relocated from the Old Town, thus expanding the festive spaces.
The lot was awarded to Olazar Gestión SL, the only company that presented itself to the tenderfor an amount of 93,725.76 euros (excluding VAT).
The second lot, awarded to the same company for an amount of 188,723.29 euros (excluding VAT), consists of the development of cultural programming during the Sanfermines Staircase and in the proposal of a cultural event after the holidays.
It provides for the promotion of seven cultural actions with sustainable activities or which contribute to raising awareness of the importance of sustainability during festive events. They will take place during the Stairs (January 1, February 2, March 3, April 4, May 5 and June 6) and the seventh action will take place between September 1 and November 15.
They will stand in the different neighborhoods of Pamplonawith the exception of the Old Town (except for the January 1st activity, which can be carried out anywhere in the city).
A third lot was launched for the execution of a communications and public relations office service, promotion and technical assistance for the dissemination, at national and international level, of the activities aforementioned. Endowed with 31,010.85 euros, it remained deserted.
