“I am very happy that my son has become a Paralympic champion. We always believed in him. I am very happy that his suffering is not over. We are very happy and proud. Not only me, but our entire family is proud of Said. We hope that at the next Olympic Games he will win a gold medal and raise the flag of Azerbaijan.”
It is worth noting that Saeed Najafzadeh, who represented Azerbaijan in the long jump competition in the T12 category, became the Paralympic champion with a score of 7.27 meters.
