Paris-2024: Azerbaijan ranks 31st in medal rankings

Azerbaijan ranked 31st in the medal rankings at the Summer Paralympic Games held in Paris, the capital of France.

According to “Report”, the team has 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medal.

Raman Saley won silver in the 100m backstroke. Earlier, Azerbaijani parataekwondo player Imamaddin Khalilov (70kg) won the gold medal, and Sabir Zeynalov (58kg) won the bronze medal.

China tops the list (33 gold, 27 silver, 11 bronze). Great Britain (23 gold, 12 silver, 8 bronze) is in second place, and the United States (8 gold, 11 bronze, 8 bronze) is in third place.

It should be noted that the Paralympic Games will end on September 8.
