Milli Mejlis approved in the last reading the bill on the amendment of the draft law “On the approval of the Regulation on military service” and on the amendment of the laws “On military service and military service”.
Oku.Az informs that the proposed change in this regard was discussed today in the plenary session of parliament.
According to the project, servicemen who have been discharged from the army due to incompatibility of service (except for temporarily active servicemen) will not be able to be sent for examination by the military-medical commission at their request.
The draft amendment was approved on third reading.
