Bahruz Muslumov graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a bachelor’s degree in jurisprudence, a master’s degree and a doctorate from Baku State University.
Bahruz Muslumov, who previously held the positions of deputy commander of the military unit in the Ministry of Defense, head of sector, deputy head of the department and head of department in the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations, later worked in bodies responsible for making comply with the law. .
