President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Commander-in-Chief Muzaffar participates in the Forum of Azerbaijani Scientists Living Abroad Ilham Aliyev filed an appeal.

We submit this request:
“Dear Mr. President.
Our organization, which unites Azerbaijani scientists living and working in different countries of the world, always closely follows the progress of our native country and we are very happy with the successes of our state and our people, who have signed a great victory. Although we operate outside our Motherland, we always and everywhere remember these great words of our great leader Heydar Aliyev: “Every corner of the Azerbaijani land is dear to all Azerbaijanis.” The main goal of the World Association of Azerbaijani Scientists, which unites researchers working in different fields of science in different countries of the world, is to provide possible assistance to the development of our Motherland.
Today, on the last day of the Forum of Azerbaijani Scientists Living Abroad, we are pleased to inform you and the whole world that we felt incredible happiness and pride in the presence of our victorious nation and its victorious Commander-in-Chief, the defender and savior of our Motherland, while we were in Karabakh, the holy land of Azerbaijan, which was liberated from occupation. We always remember the sacrifices made by our people in the struggle for the liberation of every inch of our land, we pray for God’s mercy for our martyrs and we wish good health to our veterans.
As Azerbaijani scientists living abroad, we assure you and all the people of Azerbaijan in your person that we will work hard for the preparation and implementation of strategic plans of the Fatherland in the fields of science and technology, energy, education, healthcare, sociology and culture.
Mr. President, as Commander-in-Chief of our glorious Armed Forces, we will always be grateful to you for leading our nation to victory, restoring the territorial integrity of our country and fully ensuring the sovereignty of our Homeland.
We express our confidence that under your wise and visionary leadership, Azerbaijan will achieve greater success in the political, economic, scientific and cultural directions in the future, and we declare our readiness to contribute to our overall progress. We believe that our intellectuals, who have modern scientific knowledge and extensive experience, who deeply love our Motherland and who always support its political line, will be your assistants in the great issues of national importance.
Today in Khankendi, each of us repeats with great pride these immortal words of our great leader: “I am proud to be an Azerbaijani. I am proud that Azerbaijan is my homeland. I am proud to have such a nation!”
