Armenia and Azerbaijan are close to a mutually acceptable solution on opening regional communications.

He said that Armenia sent a written proposal to Azerbaijan on opening communications: “We can find a mutually acceptable solution to the issue of opening regional communications.”
N. Pashinyan also said that Yerevan recently responded to Baku’s latest package of proposals on the draft peace agreement. We are talking about proposals on two points that have not yet been agreed upon.
