Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinian said during the parliamentary session that he prohibited the opposition from familiarizing itself with the draft peace agreement with Azerbaijan.
Oku.Az TASS reported on this.
“I gave them the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the document, after that they began to tell stories to our society. I also prohibited them from looking at this document and I did it correctly,” he said.
Previously, several opposition deputies learned about the draft document and then made several political statements. Pashinyan noted that they decided to “manipulate.”
In this case, the prime minister refused to publish this document based on “diplomatic ethics.” He added that the possible agreement provides for the establishment of an Azerbaijan-Armenia commission to monitor the implementation of the peace agreement, the establishment of diplomatic relations and mutual recognition of territorial integrity.
