Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev discussed the issue of restoring cargo transportation between Armenia and Azerbaijan at a meeting held in Kazan on the sidelines of the BRICS Plus/Outreach summit, Hraparak writes, citing their sources.
According to the newspaper, Pashinyan and some members of the government recounted the details of the meeting on the afternoon of October 25 in parliament.
