The National Commission of employees of private houses (CNTCP) still did not determine a new increase for pets, and, therefore, in accordance with the latest parity approved by the government in January, the same salary will be maintained.
The last agreed increase was February 21, when the new wage scale was confirmed in an official newspaper with an increase of 1.2% compared to January income. From this date, official adjustments were no longer announced.
Thus, all categories that cover the sector of private workers at home, including guardians, collect the salary of this seventh month of the year with the January update.

The previous approved increase was 6%, which is used in two stages:
- September 3.2% increased on the salary of August 2024,
- In October, a 2.8% increase in salaries in September 2024.
The latest scheme gave a retroactive 1.3% until December and 1.2% in January, which is integrated in the scale of the last month of 2024. Thus, a total of 2.6% was provided for this beginning of 2025, which remains frozen.
The government still did not announce a new increase for home employees.

These amounts regulated by law 26 844 correspond to the main salary and should be supplemented by the obligatory contributions of the employer, such as antiquity, pensions and social work.

Employees -house employees: what additional fees in July 2025
On the other hand, registered private workers at home get access to two additional ones, which complement their main salary.
One of them is seniority, and 1% of the salary is provided for each year, working at the same work. It has been operating since September 2020, that is, the top is charged by 4% per month.
This total amount is included with additional 30% for workers in the regions of adverse provinces, such as Tierra del Fuego, Santa Cruz, Río Negro and the rest of the patagonia.
