A DIGI’s phone service downtime left customers unable to make or receive calls on Monday. The telecommunications operator DIGI recorded problems this Monday morning, due to a breakdown of material in a data center.
Real-time crash and problem detection site Downdetector has shown an increase in problems reported by users of this operator since around 10:00 a.m. on Monday.
On social media, users complained to the operator about the inability to make and receive calls.
The operator explains that the cause is a hardware failure in a Digi data center, and that it partially affects the mobile voice communications of some customers, who notice a degradation of this service.
We inform you that our mobile phone service calls are gradually being restored. We are working so that you can enjoy it normally again as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
