The company received the highest ratings and confirmed its leading position in the ratings of two leading business publications – RBC and Forbes.
The Forbes ranking of Russia’s best employers for 2024 includes 167 companies. PhosAgro received the highest rating and maintained its position in the “platinum” list of the 26 best employers in Russia. The rest of the participants were in the Gold, Silver and Bronze categories.
The experts evaluated the companies according to three groups of criteria corresponding to the acronym ESG: “Ecology”, “Employees and Society” and “Corporate Governance”. PhosAgro was included in the Platinum category according to the Ecology and Corporate Governance criteria.
In the updated ranking of the best employers in Russia according to RBC, PhosAgro entered the leading group with the highest result. In total, 206 companies participated in the study, which together employ more than 2.6 million people. The leader group included 29 companies. Participants in the rating were evaluated based on working conditions and salary levels, business efficiency and innovative development, social responsibility, business reputation and employees’ opinion of their employer.

An important criterion for the experts’ evaluation was the support of social sector companies in the regions where they operate. In 10 years, PhosAgro has multiplied its support for charitable projects by 7. In total, in 2022-2023 more than 25 billion rubles will be allocated for these purposes.
