Pangariaman – One child called Zea (8) lost waves on Tiram beach, Ulakan in the Tapaki district, Padang Pariaman Regency, around 6pm.
Abdul Manik, head of the Padang SAR office, explained the unfortunate case for which Befell Zea (8), resident of Simpang Ampek Garden, KP Paneh, Padang Pariaman when he took a bath on the beach.
“Unexpectedly big waves came to bathing on the beach and dragged the victim into the sea,” he said on Thursday (4.03.2025).
At the moment, Abdul said that the SAR team has worked as many as seven people in the team at 6:15 pm Wib, then coordinated with the Batangi Anai Police Station, Wali Nagar and the local community. The lost victim allegedly performs Eid’s vacation and takes tours of the Tiram beach area.
Until this news is written, the victim was still led through the SAR team and the community and other government elements.
“It is advisable for the surrounding community and beach visits to be always aware of the condition of the waters that can change at any time, especially when children play the coast for children,” he said.
